Die beiden langen Wochenenden mit Christi Himmelfahrt und Fronleichnam gibt es hier leider nicht :-(. Dafür gab es am 28. Mai den Wesak Day, einen buddhistischen Feiertag, und so immerhin ein 3-Tage-Wochenende :-).
Samstag und Sonntag waren ja wie bereits geschrieben mit Hochzeiten belegt. Am Freitag ging es dann zu einem erneuten Besuch nach Genting Highlands. Dieses Mal war das Ziel den Vergnügungspark zu besuchen.
Los ging es dann mit einfachen Dingen wie Tretboot fahren, Wildwasserbahn oder mit Autos im Kreis zu fahren.
Vor dem Mittagessen (Burger King :P) bin ich dann noch eine Runde mit dem “Flying Coaster” gefahren. Dieser war im Parkeintritt nicht enthalten und hat nochmal 2,50 Euro gekostet ;-). In der Achterbahn liegt man horizontal und kommt sich wirklich vor, als ob man fliegt :-). Eine Fahrt war dann aber doch genug, da es doch eine recht heftige Achterbahn ist.

Nach dem Mittagessen wurde das Wetter auf dem Berg oben leider etwas schlechter. Es hat immer mal wieder leicht geregnet und es zog dichter Nebel auf. Trotzdem gab es bei weiteren Fahrten wie “Go Kart”, “Korkenzieher” oder Riesenrad viel Spaß.
Ein weiterer Stopp wurde beim Bogenschießen eingelegt, auch wenn ich dann nicht so gut war wie Russel Crow im aktuellen Robin Hood Film ;-).

Als Abschluss stand dann noch eine einfachere Achterbahn sowie “drehende Tassen” an. Bei den Tassen konnte man selbst mitdrehen, was dann nicht so wirklich gut war. Nachdem wir zu schnell gedreht haben, wurde es und doch etwas übel ;-). Dadurch war dann auch die anschließende Autofahrt zurück nach Kuala Lumpur mit steilen Bergabpassagen und Serpentinen nicht mehr so angenehm :P.

I missed the two long weekends happening in Germany due to the Christian public holidays Ascension and Corpus Christi :-(. In return, May 28th was Wesak Day, a Buddhist holiday, and so at least a 3 day weekend :-).
As already written, Saturday and Sunday was received for visiting the two weddings. Friday was then used for another visit at Genting Highlands. This time to visit the amusement park and enjoy some rides.
We started with easy rides like “boat riding”, “splashing water” or “traditional cars”.
Before having lunch (at Burger Kind :P) I did a round with the “Flying Coaster”. This special attraction was not included in the main entry fee and cost another 2,50 Euro ;-). People are lying horizontally in the roller coaster and it’s really like flying :-). But one round was enough for me as it’s quite heavy ;-).
 
After lunch, the weather unfortunately got a bit worse on top of the hill. It rained from time to time and got quite foggy. But we still had lot of fun in the following rides of “Go Cart”, “Corkscrew” or ferris wheel.
Another stop was at archery though I was not as good as Russel Crow in the current Robin Hood movie ;-).
 
At the end, we did another easy roller coaster and then the spinning cups. There, we could spin the cup as well which is not the best idea. After spinning it too fast we both got a bit of nausea ;-). So, also the drive back to KL with downhill passages and serpentines was not that comfortable :P.
