Am vergangenen Montag hatte ich aufgrund eines privaten Termins einen Tag Urlaub genommen und dann sehr viel Zeit auf der Straße verbracht. Für den Termin ging es in den Norden Deutschlands, am gesamten Tag hab ich mit meinem Auto 1203 Kilometer zurückgelegt und fast 2 Tanks leer gefahren ;-). Zum Glück konnte ich dazu die Tankkarte des Büros nehmen, so dass ich mich nicht allzu sehr um den aktuell dann doch sehr hohen Dieselpreis kümmern musste ;-).

Der erste Stopp auf meinem Weg war Braunschweig. Dort habe habe ich mir die Innenstadt mit den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten angeschaut und ein gutes Mittagessen zu mir genommen :-).

English – With the car through Germany
Last Monday, I had some appointment and spend most of the day on the road. I needed to drive to the Northern part of Germany and drove in total 1203 kilometers that day and emptied my tank 2 times ;-). Luckily, I could use my petrol card from the office and didn’t need to pay the fuel myself as also the diesel price is quite expensive these days ;-).

First stop on my way was the city of Braunschweig (English name: Brunswick). I stopped there to walk through the city center to check out some of the sights. And in addition I enjoyed some nice lunch there :-).
