Jetzt möchte ich dann noch kurz über meinen letzten Tag im Büro berichten.
Für ein kleines Abschiedsfest hatte ich bei einer Proton-Mitarbeiterin 3 Kuchen bestellt (Sie verkauft diese als Art Nebenjob). Geplant war diese Vormittags dann gemeinsam mit den HP- und Proton-Kollegen zu essen, was dann aber wegen versch. Meetings der Leute nicht möglich war.
Daher bin ich dann davor noch mit 2 Kollegen zum Mittagessen gegangen. Da wir einerseits etwas weiter zu fahren hatten und auch viel Stau war, wurde die Mittagspause am Ende auf 3 Stunden erweitert :P. Wir hatten dann aber wirklich gutes (und viel) Essen und nette Gespräche :-).

Als ich dann um halb 4 wieder zurück kam, waren wieder einige Leute in Meetings, so dass es den Kuchen dann erst um 16:30 Uhr gab. Dazu sind wir dann in den Meeting-Raum gegangen, der an unser Büro angrenzt.
Da das Projektteam dann nicht den gesamten Kuchen gegessen hat, bin ich anschließend noch zu der Abteilung gegangen, die meine Software einsetzt und mich dort dann mit dem verbleibenden Rest verabschiedet.
Es war ein netter Abschied, mit vielen freundlichen Worten und Fotos :-).
Und ich hab dann auch noch einige kleinen Geschenke bekommen :-).

Now, I shortly want to write about what happened on my last day in the office.
For a small Fare Well celebration, I ordered 3 cakes from a Proton employee (She’s selling them as kind of second job). I planned to do the celebration with the HP and Proton colleagues in the morning but due to some meetings of several people, there was no suitable time.
That’s why I went then for lunch with 2 Proton colleagues first. As we went out to a place a bit more far and got stuck in jam, we extended the lunch break to 3 hours :P. So, we just got back when the afternoon break started ;-).
But we really had good (and big) lunch and some nice talk :-).

But when I got back at 3:30, again some people have been out for some meeting. We only started with the cake at 4:30 in the afternoon in the meeting room directly besides the project office.
As the project team could not finish all the cake, I went to the department using my software and did another celebration with the people over there.
It was a nice Fare Well with a lot of nice words and pictures :-). And I also got some small gifts ;-).
