Der Aufenthalt in Singapur liegt ja schon etwas zurück, vom Datum her war ich vom 17.-19. September dort. Und damit genau eine Woche vor dem Großen Preis von Singapur in der Formel 1.
Das Rennen wird dort auf einem Stadtkurs über öffentliche Straßen ausgetragen, der jedes Jahr extra für das Rennen hergerichtet wird.
So konnten wir dort dann auch den aktuellen Fortschritt der Bauarbeiten sehen sowie verschiedenste Werbungen und Sonderverkäufe miterleben ;-).

The trip to Singapore already happened a while ago, on 17th – 19th September. Exactly one week before the Grand Prix of Singapore in the Formula One took place.
The race there takes place on a city course with public roads. The whole track and most of the facilities (i.e. seats for visitors) are arranged there every year just for the race weekend.
While being there, we could see the progress of the race preparation and enjoy all F1 advertisement and special sales ;-).
