Ich wollte eben eigentlich meinen PC schon ausschalten und hab vorher kurz noch meine E-Mails abgerufen und dabei auch mal schnell in meine Firmenmails reingeschaut.
Da hatte ich dann eine E-Mail von einem Betriebsratmitglied mit der Bitte um einen dringen Rückruf.
Die in der E-Mail aufgeführte Telefonnummer kam mir dann auch gleich bekannt vor.
Vor einigen Stunden hatte ich einen Anruf auf meinem Firmenhandy, den ich aber nicht angenommen habe, da ich aktuell beim Einkaufen unterwegs war.
 
Unterbrochen mit einigen Störungen, da sich der Gesprächspartner im Auto befand konnten wir dann die Dinge besprechen.
Morgen Vormittag steht eine Sitzung des Personalausschusses des Betriebsrates in Böblingen an.
Dafür wurde unter anderem eine Umgruppierung für mich eingereicht, was zur Folge hätte, dass ich danach in einem niedrigeren Gehaltsband liege.
Dem Kollegen des Betriebsrat hab ich dann auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass ich davon keine Ahnung habe und auch nicht von meinem Manager informiert wurde.
Aus diesem Grund wird der Antrag jetzt erst einmal abgelehnt und dann weiter geschaut, wie und was denn soll.
 
Aus den ganzen Erfahrungen komme ich immer mehr zu der Überzeugung, dass es doch langsam mal Zeit wird sich Gedanken zu machen, ob ich noch lange für HP Deutschland arbeiten möchte :-(.

I was already in the process of shutting down my PC and just shortly checked my E-Mails and also looked into the HP mailbox.
There, I found a message from a member of the worker’s council with the request to call him back urgently.
The number mentioned was also quite familiar to me. Got a call on my business phone some hours ago which I didn’t take as I was shopping that time.
 
We managed to speak about his concerns though the call got disrupted some times as he was sitting in his car.
Tomorrow morning, there’s a meeting of the worker’s council in Boeblingen, the HP location in Germany I’m working at.
For this meeting, someone requested a job change for myself which would result in moving me to a lower pay band.
On request, I told the colleague from the worker’s council that I don’t have any clue about that and that I haven’t been informed about that by my manager.
Because of that, they’ll decline the request tomorrow and the see, what’s the reason for this request.
 
After all the last experiences, I more and more get convinced that it maybe time to think about how long I still want to work for that company :-(.
