Wow, heute haben mich die deutschen Ämter dann mal so richtig überrascht :-).
So habe ich für meine am 20. Februar erst eingereichten Steuererklärung schon heute meinen Steuerbescheid bekommen. Das bedeutet unter Berücksichtigung der Postlaufzeit für ein paar Spendenquittungen dann eine Bearbeitungsdauer von nur 5 bis 6 Arbeitstagen.
Das ist wirklich sehr guter Bürgerservice :-). Und noch besser ist, dass sie mir jeden einzelnen Cent an Werbekosten genehmigt haben und ich bald eine ganze Stange Geld von Vater Staat zurück bekomme :P.
 
English – German government offices
Wow, today I got totally surprised by a German government office :-).
In the morning I had an E-Mail from the local tax office about some tax notification. I couldn’t believe it’s my tax statement but just downloaded it and it’s already complete. Considering the time for posting some donation receipts, they just had around 5 or 6 working days for processing my tax return.
That’s really great “customer service” :-). This short time really impressed me as I normally like to complain about lazy people working for our government :P.
And even better is that they accepted every single cent of deduction I listed there. This means soon I’ll get quite some tax refund payment :P.
